Hi PGAdam , what hardware? what OS? Is the cursor frozen in that position?
Before (or after) it happens, can you select Window, cascade, to force windows into new positions?

Hi PGAdam,
There don't seem to be any reported issues matching the behavior you're describing at the moment. This could potentially be a cache problem. I recommend clearing the cache of your AccountRight to see if that resolves the issue.
Let us know if you need any further help.
Thanks,

I got the same problem. Cannot move the internal windows, it only expands or shrinks. I've to move the whole MYOB windows to laptop to move it around and then bring it to external monitor to work on it. How did you fix this issue?

Hi Maharjanbimal,
There haven't been any reported issues with moving windows in AccountRight. I can also move internal windows around my screen without any problems. To fix this unusual behavior, I suggest clearing your AccountRight cache.
Cheers,
Princess

Thank you, Princess, for your suggestion. I tried it but it still didn't work. If I move MYOB window to laptop, it works fine. Once I drag it to external monitor, I cannot move internal windows, it only shrink or expand.
Hi Princess /Maharjanbimal,
Thanks for your input. I think I have found the issue only appears on 4k monitors.
I have a 3 monitors on my desk connected via a Thinkpad base with my laptop. The other 2 FHD monitors works fine and you can drag MYOB internal windows as you wish for. But on the 4k monitor with 150% scale the internal windows starts to freakout and only shows expansion icon and won't be dragged. . Hopefully MYOB can fix the bug in the future update.

Hi PGAdam,
It was working fine when I had one external monitor until last week. I just added extra QHD monitor on Monday and now both external monitors have issue. MYOB works fine in laptop. I just have to drag MYOB window to laptop and move internal windows there before dragging it back to external monitor. Hopefully MYOB will look into it.
