Still no follow up nor resolution here, despite promises of the same. The typical feeling about MYOB Priority Support is no of abject disappointment!

Hi RebeccaE , the team have investigated this further and found that there was an issue that affected less than 10 customers using smart reminders. Thank you for bringing this to our awareness on the forum.
They have let me know that this is fixed, and you should be able to use smart reminders now
