Balance showing on invoice when paid in full
We have an issue where a purchases invoice is showing a balance when it has been fully paid. The total invoice amount is $177.87. The applied amount recorded in History (and verified in the bank...

the history amount says 117.86 allocated to this invoice
if the bank says that indeed 177.86 was paid then look to see if the payment was allocated across 2 different invoices
go into history and then do into the payment
you may need to delete the payment and reapply
