Bill Payment Reminders

We have bills which have several payments per bill across a period of up to 6 months.

Is there any way of setting up a bill payment reminder for future payments?

I don’t see any options available and all i can do is go to an external calendar program.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

    Thanks for the detail! Totally get it you’re after supplier purchase payment reminders. MYOB AccountRight doesn’t have built‑in supplier payment reminders or multi‑date scheduling against bills. If you reckon this would be a win for your workflow, please pop it on our ideas exchange board for feature consideration:

    Thanks Shella for the reply.

    However, it’s not customer invoice reminders we need, its supplier purchases payment reminders.

    We purchase from overseas and bills have up to 4 payment dates we need to schedule over a 6 month period.

    Presently we do this with an externaly, hoping there is a method within AccountRight so we don’t need to use external apps.

    It would be much cleaner and simpler to use.

    Good news! Invoice reminders are built in. You can set up 5 different reminders, each with its own send time and email message, so you can nudge customers as often and as gently as you like. You can check this link about setting up invoice reminders for the full details.
