Cannot Log In

Good morning,

 

Staff member cannot log in

You have the log in email section and then it just does not proceed to next step to enter password.

Repeats - She tries to log in - enter email - and no next step for password.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    We understand the importance of the security and safety of your data. In the AccountRight desktop version, if you want to enter your email address, password and 2FA code every time you access your file, you may need to sign out each time you will be closing the program through Services >> Sign out from AccountRight Live. In this process, if you signed out properly, the next time you log in to your account you will be prompted to a sign-in page asking for your username and a password. If you are using the AccountRight web browser version, once the user has signed in with the file, closing the program or selecting the exit button on the web browser will not sign them out.
