Can't drag and drop emailes or files into in tray

MYOB Account PremierNZ 2022.3.0 build 2022.3.24.6313 won't allow me to drag and drop emails or files into the Purchases In Tray from Outlook

Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2204 Build 16.0.15128.20158) 64-bit

Windows 10 Pro 21H2 OS build 19044.1645

Feature Experience Pack 120-2212.4170.0.

This happened previously (2020?) and there's a closed thread on the forum here.

Any ideas why this has happened? I think it was working last week.

    Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any outages with the Intray at the moment. I have been able to drag and drop to the Intray from my Outlook.

     

    To investigate this further, could you check if you are able to:

    • upload files using the Add documents button
    • upload files using the drag and drop from your computer
    • upload smaller files from Outlook? Sometimes it takes a while for the document to appear. 

    Do you get an error message?

     

    Let me know how you get on with this.
