Hi there, thanks for the quick reply. My subscription was new cancelled, thats just it. I'm confused that comes into it. Is there a way to go on line then please?
Sorry, my bad. I have not cancelled my subscription. Every thing has been working fine until yesterday. I never received any thing about it being cancelled, or given an option to,
so that's the thing that has me confused.

This has also started happening to me since the update.
Have been getting the error message when sending remittances and payslips, never used to happen.
Now I have to 'Allow' Outlook to send each item, this is far from ideal.
Please can you have a look at the status of my subscription?

You have an active subscription on the serial number ending with 4550 for company data file 5 and 2. If this is not what you are using, could you please send me a private message.
What is the exact error message that appears? Are you using AccountRight to send emails? Could you check your settings in Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing?
