    Thanks for your post. So that I can look into this for you can you please send me the following information by private message:

     

    • a screenshot of the Aged Receivables report dated 31/12/9999
    • serial number, found in Setup>>Company Information
    • Company file ID, found in Help>>About MYOB AccountRight
    • primary contact name
    • primary contact email
    • business name
