Hi user841,
Thanks for explaining what you've done so far. It is certainly better to have everything in the right font before sending emails.
At the moment, AccountRight doesn’t provide a way to change the font styling of the default email body text when you send via Classic Outlook. You can edit the wording of the message, but not set a different font (like Arial 10) from within AccountRight itself. The appearance is ultimately controlled by Outlook’s own compose settings.
If you’d like the whole email to match your Outlook signature in Arial 10, your current options are:
- Update the default compose font in Outlook via
File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts (this controls how new messages from other apps render), or - Send the invoice/statement as a PDF and compose a fresh email directly in Outlook using your usual template/signature.

Genreve
Many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the suggestion to update the default compose font in Outlook via
File, Options, Mail, Stationery and Fonts, does not apply to emails generated from MYOB to Outlook, this has already been tested and confirmed.
