Committed stock reflects on To do list stock alert but not pulled through to PO

Could someone assist please. When we go onto the to do list - stock alert, select all items for the supplier that shows up, not all the items are pulled through to the purchase order. Noticed that so...

Great suggestion - testing that situation with my set up it does appear to work as expected in the browser interface:
