Create Bulk Invoices by importing from Excel

Hello

I've seen various questions about bulk invoicing 

I understand that MYOB Accountright does not support bulk invoicing

But I have seen various threads about exporting some data then importing a spreadsheet of invoice data

We are a club and I got the Hospital Pass as Treasurer :)

I have to create about 200 invoices, in probably  four or five different types - i.e. individuals, and families with several different numbers of members

If I create an example invoice, can I export that to a spreadsheet, then populate the spreadsheet with data, and re-import it into Accountright?

If so, can I find a step by step procedure somewhere - (maybe "bulk invoicing for Dummies" ??)

    Hey TreasurerIPC,

     

    Thanks for sharing the bulk invoicing challenge, and hats off for taking on the Treasurer gig. With AccountRight, it does let you bulk import invoices, which you save a heap of manual data entry. Once you create an example invoice, you can export it to a spreadsheet (Excel). Make sure your spreadsheet lines up with the template used and you'll be able to load in hundreds of invoices in one go. Below are the links to help you with exporting and importing invoices.
