CUSTOMER PAYMENTS TIMING OUT

I am constantly getting a timing out message when trying to record customers large payments eg. $200k  - it times out, then you try and process it again and you end up with multiple payments, or it kicks you out of MYOB all together. ive tried recording it while being offline but it still doesnt work. Is there a fix for this?

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    If your system is timing out, and you have taken the file offline to attempt to record the payment, I can suggest that you extend the AccountRight timeout extender. 

    I have attached our guided post on extending the AccountRight timeout extender here. If the error still pops up after extending the timeout, can you please look into attaching the diagnostics log here for me to look at?
