Customize fonts - why do they change when emailed and look messy

Using AccountRight online and emailing invoices to customers. They are being received but look childlike as the creative font used to customize the invoice (service) disappears and it defaults to ar...

Hello Andrea_Velt 

 

When it comes to editing the forms you are only able to change the text boxes one at a time. 
I have attached a Help Article on personalising an invoice.

 

When emailing the invoice, can you make sure that you are selecting the saved personalised as if you are selecting the default it won't have the changes made.
