Deactivating the account

Hi there,

 

can someone help me to deactivate my old file namely in Special school , it was one of account file that at the meantime requires to be activated.

    Hi Etita, 

     

    Thank you for your post. I'm happy to assist, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial number 
    • Business name 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID of the file that needs to be inactivated (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
