Deleting Auto build items

Hi,   Looking to delete Auto build items. I have made the item inactive but it is still showing in the auto build list?   Can this be done?

    Hi JO198, 

     

    Thanks for responding to this post with these screenshots. 

     

    As mentioned previously by Celia_B, the auto-build items from this window can be removed by opening the items from the items list and editing the auto-build window. When you get to the window on your second screenshot, you can click the line below the red x icon. This will remove the x icon and let you click OK to save it.

Hi JO198,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

 

We appreciate you expressing your concern to us. To  delete or remove items from an Auto-Build item, 

 

  • Go to the Inventory command centre and click Items List. 
  • Click the zoom arrow to open the relevant item. 
  • Click the Auto-Build tab
  • Click into the Item Number field of the item to be removed and press Delete (or backspace) on the keyboard. The item number is deleted. 
  • Pres SHIFT + TAB on your keyboard. This will take you back to the Quantity field of the above line
  • Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all items to be removed. 
  • Once you have removed all required items, click OK. If a red cross appears in the Item Number field, click into that field then tab across the Quantity before clicking OK.

    Hi,

     

    I know how to delete individual items out of a whole auto build item. 

     

    I want to clean up the auto build of the items that I auto build. I have made the whole item inactive but still shows in the list of an item that I can auto build. 

     

    Is there a way to get rid of an item to suto build?

      Hi JO198,

       

      Thank you for the update. The only way to remove items from the auto-build list is to go through and remove each line of the auto-build on an item. Once there was no auto build, the item was removed from the Inventory >> Auto builds window.

        Hi,

         

        I have tried this but it won't let me press ok once I have deleted all items in the auto build list on an item.
