DRAG & UPLOAD FUNCTION NOT WORKING

Hi all - after the latest update the drag and upload function no longer works

Hi Realm3000​,

 

There are few reasons why the drag and upload can play up sometimes. You can check our help article on working with uploaded documents for a step-by-step guide. If it’s still not behaving, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account and they’ll help you sort it out.
