Hi Albare , it's fairly easy to export your customer cards (selected fields, eg record ID, name, printed form default, etc.) to a text file, copy the content to Excel, change the form name there, then save as a new text file and import back to AccountRight.
Always take a backup prior to importing if you are not familiar with the process or manually fixing errors would take forever.
Yes that would be an option, the question is why does it happen?
I've already set up trials with Xero, ABM, SAP, Quickbooks and I'lll see what other programs have bank feeds and can handle our requirements. Especially now that the discontinuation of AR Desktop has some references to MYOB's possible migration policy and 60 days notice when they decide to do so. Customisation of Forms in the web browser version is not even a joke it's pathetic in the current version.
