Email black listed

We are receiving bounce back messages when attempting to email purchase orders to one supplier (Diagnostic-Code: rejected). I have seen in the past that MYOB sometimes "black lists" a particular email address and have called MYOB support about it but haven't had a call back from last week. Does anyone have a fix for this or does a MYOB tech need to "un-black list" the email address?

    Hi Jackie10,

     

    You’ve absolutely nailed it! What’s most likely happened is that the email address has been blacklisted on our side, which can trigger those “Diagnostic-Code: rejected” bounce-backs.
