Email black listed
We are receiving bounce back messages when attempting to email purchase orders to one supplier (Diagnostic-Code: rejected). I have seen in the past that MYOB sometimes "black lists" a particular email address and have called MYOB support about it but haven't had a call back from last week. Does anyone have a fix for this or does a MYOB tech need to "un-black list" the email address?
