Email receipts
Afternoon, when will MYOB make emailing of receipts directly to customers available? At the moment I can only print, then scan and email.

You know you can just implement good basic features too that people would love but not many have asked for. Kind of makes the whole package worth while and not an incentive to move to another.
I mean you did just implement deposits and split payments. Hardly think many wanted that but it is still a good idea and welcome addition.

I understand this has been requested for a long time, and I can see you’ve already voted for it on our Ideas Board. At this stage, feature development is prioritised based on demand there, so whether it proceeds depends on the level of votes and interest it receives. Should be able to email a receipt directly out of AR Desktop. Sure we have been asking for this for about 15 years.

Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. The option to email receipts directly from AccountRight is currently under active consideration by our product teams. It is a feature we are exploring for the near future of the product. Although we do not have additional information to share regarding this enhancement at the moment, rest assured that it is a capability we are eager to implement and are actively investigating for future releases.
