If sending invoices via email or SMS isn't quite hitting the mark for you, it's probably due to secure invoicing features. However, if you're just downloading and manually emailing them, you shouldn't be having any issues. That error message you've got could be related to roles and permissions, and your admin should be able to sort that out. Also, don't forget to clear your AccountRight cache before you double-check your permissions to access invoices.
