Emailing invoices from Outlook to MYOB InTray - invoices not reliably going across

Good Morning   We have many companies' utilising MYOB, and we are experiencing in only some of them where we send the supplier invoice across to the MYOB in-tray for entry later, however the invoic...

Yes I am having exactly the same issue. Doesn't happen on all invoices but it is happening more regularly that you send invoices to intray and they never appear. Drag and drop seems to be ok. 

Would be great if there is a solution to this?
