Emails bouncing back

I cannot send emails to one particular customer all of a sudden - they are bouncing back Email address is accounts@instacare.com.au Could you please white list this email address. Seriously we hav...

    Hi Tanialmm,

     

    I hope you're doing well. I would just like to check back with you regarding your issue with the email bouncing back. Was this resolved? Are you able to send emails now to the email address? Please let me know if you still require assistance with this. I'm more than happy to look at this for you.
