Emails not sending through Outlook

Hi Team

 

Was wondering if anyone could help me with emaling from MYOB through Outlook. Up until this morning I have not had any issues. I tried to email some invoices later today and am continously receiving an error message.

 

My error log is attached.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

     

    The error message you are experiencing indicates that interop is not correctly set up in the Windows Registry thus, when AccountRight does call it an error message is generated.  

     

    We recommend getting your IT to investigate this error; you may need to repair Office or Re-Register Outlook DDL files and check fixed registry keys (this would require an IT professional). You can also try to uninstall Office, uninstall AccountRight and then reinstall both products. Note that MYOB cannot provide additional support for this error as it is an environmental error generated by the Windows Registry's missing information.
