I am having the same issue - since July 2023! Every week up to 4 of my employees don't receive their payslips, it's different staff every week! And I have less staff now then when this issue started happening.
Having to re-send payslips every week is time consuming and embarrassing from the company's viewpoint.
When will this issue be addressed please?

No, it does not help. If it was the same staff not receiving every week, it would be an easy fix. But it is totally random. And a total hassle.

Thanks for your response. If you're currently experiencing issues with some emails failing to send successfully while sending a large number of emails, another workaround is to send them in batches. For instance, if you're sending 100 emails, you can send them in batches of 20 payslips for each batch, starting with the first batch and then proceeding to the second batch.
