Hi there, I would like to add a description of items before I add the items to an invoice on a blank line, Can this be done? At the moment I am just adding a memo down the bottom of the invoice,...

So you want something like this?
If so, the way you achieve this is when you are entering your invoices, you want to go to Edit>>Insert Header (right-clicking on the line and selecting Insert Header will also add that line). This will allow you to enter a description before adding in those transactional lines (as per normal)
