Error - You must specify an allocation account

Trying to receive a payment on MYOB and this error popped up, can you please help.    I've had a look at previous posts on this and checked that all inventory items have the "I inventory this item"...

Hi IdaS1,

 

I see that the error you are receiving is asking for an allocation account. Generally, this error message appears if the linked accounts involved in the task you are trying to accomplish are not correctly set. I recommend checking the linked accounts for sales and payments to make sure they are all correct. You can follow the steps outlined in the article 'Managing Linked Categories' to do so.

I've checked all the linked accounts and see no issue, still unable to receive the payment in, can I get some help urgently?
