Error 4077

Hi, I'm trying to import  a pricing update for thousands of items and keep getting error 4077 there are sales for this item.  Please help, as I do not have time to update these manually.  I also have...

It seems the prices have actually updated, however there are also approximately 1000 items I need to make innactive that are showing the same 4077 error.  Please help!
