Error Online payment link
When I click on the "Pay Now" button on an emailed Tax Invoice I am getting the following error. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN - see attached. How do I fix?

I was the sender and I wanted to check it was working as no customers where using the option and chosing to direct deposit. Today all is fine so not exactly sure what the issue was.

Based on the error message screenshot you've provided. It seems that the issue is connected to your DNS (Domain Name System). I recommend opening the link in a different device and internet connection, to confirm the issue. If the issue only happens on your first device, you might need to reach out to an IT personnel to have this fixed.
