Hi Jacmus
Thanks for your post. To export invoices to a CSV file, navigate to File > Import/Export Assistant. From there, you can generate a text file with comma-separated values. For additional details, please refer to the Help Article on Exporting data.
Feel free to post again, we're happy to help!

Hello Earl,
Thank you for your reply.
We have one customer who is requiring their invoices to be in CSV format. I have been through the Import/Export assistant but am no closer to understanding how it works.

Hi Jacmus
We have just had a customer request the same thing and I cannot see anywhere that it allows invoices to be exported to csv format (Excel)

Individual invoices can only be generated as a PDF file.
MYOB allows you to export transactions in a csv format, however this is primarily to import into another MYOB file. In other words the export to csv is in a format that will only make sense to MYOB.
That said, you cannot export just one specific transaction, you can for example export all Sales > Item Sales for a given date range - which can be one date. You can further reduce what is exported by using previously set identifiers, for example for a particular client. You would then need to edit the csv file to remove all invoices except the one you want to provide to your client.
Not exactly user friendly, but can be done. See support note in previous link for further info about exporting.
Regards
Gavin
