I suggest MYOB consider an option for storing down all purchase invoice pdf documents as this will help with our compliance and back up for finacial records and for sending information to auditors and suppliers and other related parties.
if we ever move away from MYOB - how can we gather back all the documents that are stored in the cloud files?

Currently you will have to download the in tray documents individually as described in the help article: Working with In Tray documents.
