It looks like the issue is related to the tax code assigned to the credit card surcharge item. Even if you’ve ticked the "Tax Inclusive" box, GST will still be added if the tax code for the item is set to "GST."
To resolve this, check the tax code for the surcharge item. If it’s set to "GST," you can change it to "N-T" (No Tax) to ensure that GST isn’t calculated on this item.
