If you're still having issues with GST, kindly check the information about the tax code you're using to make sure that there is no duplicate tax code with the same name as GST but with different set up. Additionally, you can check the invoice if it's tax inclusive or tax exclusive.

Again, it is showing the correct GST added to the total at the bottom of the invoice. That's not the issue.
It will not calculate it in the TOTAL column from what is input into the PRICE column.

Also, please send us a screenshot of the item added to the invoice so we would be able to check how it was setup. Make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
