Hi Worker1,
Bit strange that it shows in the invoice preview but not on the PDF. It’s usually either how the logo’s set up in the template, or the cache having a moment. Let’s get that logo back in action. First up, clear your AccountRight cache, that usually sorts out this kind of weird behaviour. If it’s still not showing up, try deleting and re-uploading the logo, or give it a quick resize in your template and save it.

I followed all the instructions; however, I don't have a Cache folder.
I think it has gone on holiday.
