Thanks a ton for clearing that up. So, if I’ve got it right, the Memo that shows the staff names can usually be updated by tweaking the transaction itself. However if your concern isn’t about the Memo field and is more about the overall visibility of the transaction, you're absolutely right—there’s no way to hide it.
