IMPORT ITEM ERROR LOG- 4077

Hello,

I need advice on an error when attempting to import items with updated sell price on a clients file.

 

Summary of errors

Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

 

All products have sales against them.

Product version is AccountRight Live Plus AU 2023.9.1

 

I believe that you can run a script over the file which may resolve this error.

 

Any assistance appreciated.

      To assist you further, could you please provide me with the following information: 
       

      • The serial number of the product - Setup>>Company Information 
      • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight/Accounting 
      • Business name 
      • Your full name and Email address

       

       

      Let me know if you have problems with this.
