importing Error

Hi all, 

I am having issues with importing some sales data for 3 days.

I go through the process to match all the data and then get an error code. It seems the first line goes through ( attempted this a few times ) and the rest does not. I have attached the error report.

    To resolve most import issues, try this.

     

    Manually enter 2-3 transactions similar to the ones you want to import. Export these 2-3 transactions. Study the export file. Use this a a template for importing. What you will find for example is you need a blank line between every invoice.

      My apologies for the delay in response. Thank you for providing the error log file. We would like to follow up on the resolution that gavin12345 provided. Did it fix the issue? If not, we might need to investigate this further. Kindly verify the last four digits of your serial number together with the company file name or number where you're having this import error.
