Import>Item>Selling Price

Hi Everyone   I tried to import the selling price for 2000+ item codes. It does tell me the item codes were updated without errors but when I look at the items, the items still do not have the sell...

I tried to reduce to 494 lines and it still did not work.

Does MYOB need to run a script?

Hi tfaccounts , that would normally only be necessary if there was a particular error message. I think you said there were no errors. 

 

Can you post a small sample of the lines from your import file?

    Hi tfaccounts 

     

    I suggest you get MYOB to run as duplicate price matrix script (not error 4077 which might be script Mike_James  is referring to).

     

    When you have duplicate price matrix entries, MYOB has 2 entries for the same item/price level and quantity. So it might well update one of them, however it will display the other one. I have seen this lots of time when prices do not seem to update, yet no error is reported.
