In Tray Documents
We are closing our business soon, and have used MYOB for 30 years. We use AccountRight Plus, and have been storing our supplier invoices and also Spend Money transactions in the InTray and then attaching them to the transaction in MYOB.
We have been reading that if we take the file off-line, which would save us paying a monthly fee after we close the business, that we will no longer have access to our supplier invoices etc. How do we store these documents or do we have access to them in some way, in the case of an audit if that happens within the next five years?
