In Tray Function for Server version

Hi NM-Tech 

 

Thanks for your post. Both the PC and the Server edition will be able to use the In Tray function. Your file will need to be online to use this: Working online.

    Thanks for your page. To use the online functions of AccountRight you will have to put your file online. You can get your file online by following the steps in this help article: Working online.

     

    Could you clarify what you mean with 'using you own webpage'?

      We do not use the cloud for any of our software including MYOB. The MYOB software resides on our own server.  As the "In-Tray" function requires storage online (means on MYOB cloud), we are unable to take advantage of it.  It'd be ideal if the same functionality is made available to an  alternative location instead of cloud.  The location may be a shared drive on a server.  Please ignore my reference to our webpage. Thanks.

        Thanks for your clarification. The AccountRight In Tray is a cloud based feature that does require the company file to be stored online in order to function. I am not aware of a new functionality that will be made available to an alternative location such as shared drives.
