In Tray Issues

Good Morning   We are having issues with the In tray. Documents are no loading and we are getting an error "Sorry, your documents aren't available right now". We are geeting this on the desktop ver...

My apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused, and we are aware that some users are having issues with In Tray. This has now been resolved and please let me know if you're still experiencing this issue.
