Same problem and I get an hour a day when bub naps to do our paperwork. MYOB please advise when its fixed.

Same here as well, nothing!! I know there are documents there and I have tried both dragging an invoice across and sending from outlook but nothing is there.
My In-Tray won't accept any documents. Finally comes with a red "Something went wrong" warning. I have closed and restarted the system for a reset hoping the error will correct itself but nothing has helped.
C'Mon MYOB everytime there is an update there seems to be another issue. Please fix.

Can't use Intray from desktop or browser version.... very frustrating. Wasted a lot of time trying to make it work before coming here and realising it is more of a widespread issue!

Same here. Getting the error message "something went wrong - some documents couldn't be added"
Unable to load documents as well.
