In Tray not accepting invoices

Yesterday I could not load any invoices into the In Tray. After a few minutes of loading they would just disappear. The problem is not resolved today. Anyone else having this issue?

    Thanks!  Very frustrating especially nearing end of month and dont have invoices!

    My In Tray is not working today after an update, I've loaded them in then they disappeared, so I refreshed it and nothing so restarted program nothing so I loaded them again then it refreshed and they were all in there twice, I started deleting the duplicates out then they all vanished again. this is so frustrating.

    my in tray is now working, but today the program is running ridiculously slow and so many "time outs" and "shut downs"
    I don't know what is going on there, but this has to be sorted as the time wasted in a business with these problems is crazy

    Thanks for raising this! Our team is aware that their is an issue when opening In tray on desktop. In the meantime, please access your documents via the Uploads menu when logged in through a browser.


    I also suggest reaching out to our backend team so they can flag your file as affected. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
