In Tray not accepting invoices

Please advise URGENTLY, when the IT people are getting this fixed.

Has worked today, but now having the same issue.

My In-Tray won't accept any documents.  "Something went wrong" warning.  I have closed the system and restarted it to try and reset the error but nothing has helped.

Is shows loading for long time and then show no documents

While in the online version there are 2 invoices in there but also does not accept uploads say "Something went wrong" again

Cannot access intray in either desktop or browser version.

I am having the same problem too. It was all working ok this morning, but now I can't add or access invoices in the desktop or online version.

I have closed MYOB and logged back in and it doesn't make any difference.

We're also having issues with attachments to purchases that have been uploaded and we know are there, shown as not being loaded or available to view.

The register shows the attachment icon, but when we go into the actual purchase it does not show the thumbnail of the attachment. Nor does it show any attachments in the box after clicking the attachments button, just says "Loading".

Yep same issue - MYOB Assist or uploads in actual browser - nothing is appearing -- in fact in tray now not showing older ones that were waiting to be processed ... MYOB also seems very slow to respond to any command today !!

We are also unable to upload documents to the intray and also not able to attach documents to a sales invoice.
