In Tray not loading

Hi,

 

My In tray is currently showing up the message attached below: 

 

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 4b9c5dbe-80c2-4677-9e29-2b6e8ebf0735.

 

I have refreshed and logged out, still showing the same message.

Please need assistance urgently.

    Hi Breezefiji, 

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that you were not able to open your Intray.

    To fix this issue, I'd recommend to clear your browser's cache and history if the issue persist try logging in from a different browser.
