intray issues

Hello, I have been having troubles uploading invoices to the in-tray since yesterday. It uploads them, but wont let you create the bill unless you enter the details in manually. Just wondering if so...

    Hey all, service has been stabilised now. Can you please attempt to re-upload the documents. Please delete previous attempts of uploading the document first. Cheers, Amanda.

Yep. Having the same the issue. Intray is not OCRing/prefilling the information for documents uploaded. Might work for 1 in 20, but the others need to be completely manually entered.

 

Happened to a colleague yesterday, so has been an ongoing issue for a couple of days now.

 

AmandaMYOB​ Is there an incident or investigation going on into the problem? Any updates.

 

Just embarked on my weekly pay run. Looks like I'm not going home in time again today.
