The team were able to release a hotfix last night to address this issue. Service should now be restored, thanks for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this.
We are having the same issue, the uploaded documents can be accesses on the web version but on the desktop is says "Error failed to load In Tray Documents. Try again later" and there's nothing in there. Have cleared the caches and reset MYOB but didn't help. Is this a reported issue and when will it be rectified as being EOM its the worst time, thanks
