Invoice app on mobile phone

The older app showed all invoices outstanding for a customer. The new app only shows invoices.

 

I can't get into the old app. Is there a problem with it. The new app is useless to me.

    Hi mls2110,

    The older MYOB Invoice App is no longer available on app stores and may not be accessible if it has been removed from your device. The new MYOB app has been designed to streamline business management, including invoicing, but it currently only shows invoices without the detailed outstanding status for each customer.

  • Our sales reps need to see invoices by customer on their iphones. Is there a reason why you have removed this facility? It was very important for our business. Will you be improving your new app to include the invoices by customer facility?

      Hi mls2110,

       

      We totally get how crucial this feature is for your business and your sales team. Right now, we don't have any updates on improving the MYOB Invoices app's customer facility invoice search. However, you can raise a ticket or share this as an enhancement suggestion on our Ideas board for our developers' review and consideration in future updates.

       

      In the meantime, you can use the ALL, Overdue, and PAID tabs to search for invoices. We know it's not the same as the old invoice app you were used to, so we really appreciate your understanding.
