Invoice App still not working on iphone

Has anyone else been having issues with the myob invoices app not letting them past the passcode screen? We are getting very frustrated as this has been going on for quite some time now.

    Hi Resto2024 , I have seen another report of someone having this issue. 
    Make sure the main file doesn't need an update, as that may cause the invoice app to fail.
    Update the main file and see if that improves. Otherwise I recommend getting in touch with support by submitting a case at myaccount.myob.com
