Thanks for sharing the screenshots, and my apologies for the late response.
What you’re seeing doesn’t look like the expected behavior. In AccountRight online files, transactions with attachments should show the attachment icon in the Sales Register, and that applies across the Sales Register tabs rather than only when searching for a specific customer. Because the attachments appear when you search for that customer, it looks like the attachments are still there, but the Sales Register isn’t displaying them properly in the broader All Customers view.
