INVOICE ATTACHMENTS

we have upgraded to the online version MYOB AccountRight

When we first went online, i could see what tax invoices had attachments attached through the sales register and with the most recent upgrade it is not showing the attachments unless i physically go into the tax invoice or search a particular customer

 

but if i go search a particular customer i can see them

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots, and my apologies for the late response. 
     

    What you’re seeing doesn’t look like the expected behavior. In AccountRight online files, transactions with attachments should show the attachment icon in the Sales Register, and that applies across the Sales Register tabs rather than only when searching for a specific customer. Because the attachments appear when you search for that customer, it looks like the attachments are still there, but the Sales Register isn’t displaying them properly in the broader All Customers view.
