I am having the same issue and never did previously. I don't have Internet Explorer and it is now retired. What do we do now?

Thanks for your patience and feedback on this topic.
This is something that we have raised with our internal teams for investigation. As part of that investigation we have identified that this could be caused by an internal preference selected within the Internet Browser. While our teams further investigate this a workaround of opening AccountRight in a browser such as Google Chrome via navigating to app.myob.com or selecting Open in Browser from the Command Centre. Once in the browser, select to access the Invoice Reminders by Sales Settings>>Reminders>>Reminder settings

Yes, I find the browser tricky for individual customer reminder settings. As previously stated, I have made no changes to my browser settings on Microsoft Edge or Firefox on either computer. Neither now works. Still think this is on the MYOB end.

Still wont show in desktop version. Very annoying.
Our reminder emails appear to be hacked so are trying to turn off

We are having the same problem. Blank screen in both card file and sale command centre.
Went to browser version and there is no sales settings option at all.

Its tricky to find at first. Go the the browser version and on the top right where it says the company name is where you'll find sales settings. Alternatively, go to sales on the top left, select invoices and then enter the name of the customer in search that you want to set the invoice reminder. Hopefully MYOB will resolve the issue as I find this all a bit fiddly.

Still blank in desktop version - have to go in Browser version. So temporarly fixed. Quite a few threds I see on the subject

Tried this in app.myob.com - you can turn off all reminders but not choose for individual customers. I do believe it is MYOB issue. Quit blaming your customers for this - why don't you fix the issue one and for all!

Invoice reminders can be configured for an individual customer in the Browser Interface by navigating to the Contact record (Contacts>> All Contacts>>Select the desired customer) and selecting Reminder Settings - as outlined in the following screenshot:
Note: To configure invoice reminders for all customers in the browser interface go to the Business Name Menu (top right)>>Sale settings>>Reminders.

Thank you however, those followng this post are aware of the browser option. What we would like is for MYOB to fix the online version.
